Ensueño 10 is a contemporary-tropical award winning house designed by Andrés Saavedra Design. Completed in March 2013, Ensueño 10 overlooks beautiful Zihuatanejo Bay. With the property originally zoned for sixteen units, Andrés chose to build only six beautifully unique units so they could blend into the hillside and not destroy the beauty of the forested hillside.

This property delivers on all fronts a luxurious modern design that was built in an ecologically responsible manner. Most of the building materials are locally sourced, and the majority of the wood is from reclaimed Parota wood, which has a natural inset resistant property.

Wake up surreal ocean views of Zihuatanejo bay in this private home. Relax in your private full size pool on the terraza while enjoying the expansive view of the Bay. Meditate on the green grass beside your private lily pond and waterfall as you listen to the waves roll in to Playa La Ropa. Enjoy a shower outside by the pool to cool off after a day in the sun. The outdoor deck features a large palapa with a common barbecue, a small kitchen area and a restroom, making this the perfect spot for a Sunday gathering with your friends and family.

The kitchen includes a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with central water filtration system, ceiling fans, 6-burner stove/oven, microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher, disposal and boasts large entertaining island and views of the ocean. Fully air conditioned bedrooms, a series of sliding doors in all rooms provide spectacular ocean views and excellent cross ventilation for those wanting to take in the sea breezes.

These tailor-made condo is where French farmhouse meets Costa Grande style. True to its name Ensueño, this casa inspires daydreaming.

With your own private dip pool, you can choose to stay in the comforts of your unit and enjoy the gardens and relaxing view of Zihuatanejo Bay. Alternatively, you can go down to the main infinity pool which at times will feel like a private pool. Common area palapa provides a bar area and barbecue.

With privacy in mind, this property was built staggered, so you only share one wall with your neighbor. No worries about hearing the footsteps above you. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living area.

The condo holds two comfortable king-sized bedrooms and their own Apple TV and bathrooms. Modern necessities and hotel style amenities are provided including free wifi, filtered water, a Sonos music player, a fully-equipped kitchen and more. Common areas include a soothing saltwater infinity pool that overlooks the bay.
